Hi!  Welcome to my new blog.

My name is Kylie McKechnie, and my Photography business  is Vividphoto. 

 Here is just a little insight to who I am!   

I am happily married to Lyle and we have 3 beautiful children, who we love with all our hearts and souls.

I have a great passion for my family and a great passion also for Photography. I have been photographing professionally for approx 10 years and just love it so much! I specialise in Portrait and Wedding Photography, studio and location. I strive to offer unique and breathtaking images and I love seeing people’s emotional reactions when they first view their photographs. It’s a great feeling, to know that you have captured and created something beautiful for someone that will be with them for a lifetime, to look back and remember those special moments.

I have recently joined the AAPP (Australian Accredited Professional Photographers) as a transitional member, until I am ready to work on a full-time basis (once my younger two children are off to kindy and school!) Then I will apply for full membership. It has been such a great learning experience and the members are all such an inspiration to me. I recently entered a photograph into the AAPP Lensman Print Judging, and was rewarded with a Silver Award. So I guess this now makes me an Award Winning Photographer, yeay!! Hopefully plenty more to come!
